With the aid of a detailed client wish list, consultations and site meetings, Storybook will aim to develop a detailed understanding of your individual needs.

One of the most important aspects of building a new home or extension is in the initial design & planning phase and this is where Storybook sets itself apart from others in the industry. Unlike other Kit-Home suppliers, right from the start, Storybook considers in detail;

· Your Unique Property (trees, slope, orientation, neighbours, views and so on)
· Living Requirements (room sizes, entertaining style, accommodation needs etc..)
· Level of Participation (you have the choice to get involved - painting / decking etc..)
· Your Budget (storybook prepares a detailed, itemised budget through to completion*)
· Materials & Finishes (Render, Stone or Weatherboard etc.. it's up to you)
· Indoor / Outdoor (we consider how your home will relate to your site)
· Council Requirements (bushfire, slope stability, height limits, Rescode & BASIX)
· Energy Efficiency (First Rate Accredited, we assess each and every design)
