Love the look of this house (and many others on the site). I was wondering what the lock up cost & completion costs of this place were?
Hi Nathan, thanks for the kind words. This little B&B building was built a little while ago now. From memory it was in the mid 100′s completed. Obviously costs depend on the slope, materials used, finish and so on. There are bushfire regulations, energy ratings etc to contend with and although this is something we work with rather than yourself, there are cost implications. I truly love this little B&B cottage!!! I am currently in the process of writing my “wish list”, as I would very much like to design something very similar in a large 2bed – 3 bed home on a slope.
