This stunning gabled home in beautiful Eltham follows the natural contours of the land and is the perfect example of a Storybook Split Level Design Solution. The home features cathedral ceilings, 4 bedrooms, 3 living areas, covered alfresco, spacious entry, integrated garage & the largest under house storage area anyone could ever need. A split level design is ideal for sloping sites and reduces the need for excessive cutting or filling.

This proposal was designed with the home having the potential to be used as an accommodation complex.  Designed with a number of suites, the flexibility of use is incredible.  The home can be closed off into a number of independent living quarters & leased out to individual guests for B&B style accommodation. This home based business option is popular amongst Storybook clients as a reliable secondary income made successful by the attraction of the high character architecture....
